The Berge Group was founded and is operated primarily for the purpose of delivering quality products and service to our customers and to provide jobs and job security for our employees, as well as for the benefit of the community. Our commitment in each location was made only after determining the standards and quality of the products and services, which could be furnished to the public. The Berge Group experiences very little attrition with its top managers. And that says a lot to our customers. The Berge Group philosophy, that 'our employees are our most important resource', and 'our customers are our only asset' is supported by conscientious training and management development programs. We have the managers on board who are dedicated to the principles of the organization, many of whom have been with Brent Berge (Owner) for over 20 years. These principles include Doing what's right, every time and Excellence in everything we do. We believe our managers are honest, effective and resourceful people, who are dedicated to building a strong foundation of service.
